Everything you need to know before the big day.
What ages are the parties for?
Our kids’ party packages are for children aged 3 to 12.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
No, outside food and drinks are not permitted. The only exception is a birthday cake, which you’re welcome to bring.
All party food and drinks are provided by us. Parents can order platters or pizzas.
How many kids do I need?
A minimum of 10 children per package. You can book online for up to 25 kids. For more than 25, contact our party coordinator for a tailored package.
How do I lock in my party?
Choose your package, date and time in the booking form and pay a $100 deposit. Your party is confirmed once the deposit is paid.
Can I get my deposit back if plans change?
Yes. Deposits are refundable with at least 3 days’ notice.
When do I confirm numbers and food?
3 working days before the party, please confirm your guest numbers, kids’ menu choices, dietary requirements, extras and any adult platters.
Confirmed numbers are payable on the day, including no-shows.
Can the parents eat too?
Absolutely. Pre-order platters at least 3 days before, or order wood-fired pizzas on the day. View the parents’ menu.
What should the kids wear?
- Flat sneakers, preferably with white soles
- Sports socks
How do I pay?
The $100 deposit is paid online when you book, and the balance is paid on the day.
Are parties available on public holidays?
Yes, parties are available on public holidays. A 15% surcharge applies.
Terms & Conditions
- A $100 deposit confirms your booking. Parties without a deposit are not confirmed.
- Deposits are refundable with at least 3 days’ notice.
- Confirm guest numbers 3 working days before the party. Confirmed numbers are payable on the day, including no-shows.
- Menu selection and dietary requirements must be confirmed 3 days prior to the party date. Extras and adult platters must also be confirmed 3 days prior.
