Bar Tab

Set your own limit and drink restrictions, and only pay for what’s consumed. Your group gets coloured wristbands, and the tab is settled at the end.

Pay As You Go

Guests buy their own drinks at the bar.

Terms & What to Wear
  • Minimum 10 guests.
  • A 20% deposit, paid within 5 business days of booking, confirms your function.
  • Final numbers, full payment and dietary requirements are due 5 business days before the event.
  • No refunds or credits for no-shows.
  • No outside food or drinks permitted.
  • Public holidays incur a 20% surcharge.
  • Bowling shoes recommended, or flat sneakers (preferably white soles) with sports socks.

Wind Down at the Newmarket

After the last frame, head next door to the Newmarket Hotel for post-celebration drinks. Grab a table in the leafy beer garden under the mango trees, catch the game on the big outdoor screens, and keep the night rolling.
