Existing Reservations

If you have paid a deposit, we are able refund your deposit payment if your booking is cancelled. All bookings from 23rd of March until 30th April 2020 can be refunded back to your account via bank transfer. Please note it will take a minimum 3 working days for the refund to be processed. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email in regards from us asking for your bank account details.

Reschedule

If you have an upcoming event with us and wish to postpone, we’ll work with you to reschedule for a future date.

To give you greater flexibility and peace of mind during the uncertainty caused by Coronavirus (COVID 19), you will be able to amend your booking without incurring an amendment fee.

If you wish to postpone an existing made prior to the 22nd of March, we will offer you 20% off the package price!
